The Speedliner TM stitching unit enables precision stitching in the press, inline and at full production speed, on newspapers, magazines or supplements. The production process is continuously monitored via an operating panel that integrates into the press control. Product thickness can be set and the unit can be extended by up to six additional stitching points. All settings on the operating panel can be carried out while production is running – with no performance penalties.
